The gift shop we created for the White Tower has been receiving love worldwide. Our concept was inspired by the innate character and theatre of the White Tower itself – the oldest building within The Tower of London.
As a Grade I Scheduled Ancient Monument, the fabric of the building couldn't be altered in any way, so all visual merchandising components were specifically designed for the project. The key design feature is three huge, bespoke pendant lights which are cleverly attached to the units. Rising up in arches over the central walkway, they mirror and accentuate the vaulted ceiling.
Customer feedback has been very positive, with our client reporting a significant uplift in average transaction value and spend per visitor. 12 leading publications across 7 countries have featured the concept, including Mind, Retail Focus, Retail Design World and Stores + Shops Magazine.
