Glenn co-founded Kinnersley Kent Design with business partner Mick Kent in 1990. Glenn has particular expertise in department store, duty free, food hall and retail fashion design, having creatively and strategically led the Fortnum & Mason, Historic Royal Palaces, Desa, Mint Velvet, Jaeger and P&O Ferries teams. Glenn passionately believes that creative design is at the heart of creating and delivering a holistic retail experience, and is actively involved in helping our clients appreciate the profound difference it can make. Glenn has served on several creative awards judging panels, and presented the 'Hall of Fame' retail awards at the World Retail Congress 2016.

Mick remains at the helm of the organisation with co-founder Glenn, dividing his time between London and the Middle East, nurturing client relationships and ensuring creative excellence. Mick has worked on award winning projects in the UK and internationally with clients including House of Fraser, The East India Company, Albert Roux, Mercedes Benz, Boots, Mihyar, Sports Corner, Pure Gold and Kamal Osman Jamjoom Group. Mick is a regular conference speaker and often appears on industry discussion panels, including The GREAT Festival of Creativity in China in 2015, which he attended as a representative of British design; and at the Leaders in Design Summit in Dubai.
Paul heads up the studio in Dubai where he is totally immersed in the world of retail and leisure design, advising and leading strategic and creative development at board level. Clients include Emaar, Al Futtiam, Carluccio’s, Bateel, Eagle Hills, Aloft Hotel, Landmark Group and Crown Prince Court. Paul's leadership has become synonymous with the agency's brand of intelligent design, where the thinking comes before the doing. Paul regularly contributes to the press, specifically on retail interior design and interior architecture, and is a judge at the Commercial Interior Design Awards in the UAE.
Jill leads and advises on creative development at board level for global retail and hospitality clients. Jill communicates insightful narratives on a broad scale and variety of projects, from masterplanning department stores to creating one-off boutique shops for clients such as Marks & Spencer, House of Fraser, ABC, Mint Velvet and Heidi Klein. Most recently, Jill has overseen the complete transformation The Athenaeum Hotel in Mayfair. Jill sits on critique panels for some of the UK’s most prestigious educational institutions, continuing her career-long commitment to growing new talent. Jill regularly comments on design issues and was a panellist at this year's World Retail Congress.
