Bake-off update

The previous cupcakes by Dimple were just a practice. Her bake-off entry is this excellent looking
chocolate & orange cake (left) which started to fly off the plate before I could even take a photo.
This week it’s a butter iced carrot cake (right) made by Ed. Tasty stuff!

We’ve got three of our projects featured in a book called “Small Stores – Under 250m2” by Judy Shepard.
Included in the book is our work for Mint Velvet, Desa, and Jaeger. We’re on pages 50, 106, 112.
The book is published by “RSD Publishing”.

another day, another cake

This week is my entry into our little bake-off! A chocolate fridge cake, also known as a “Rocky Road”.
This is made from chocolate, biscuit, raisins, glace cherries, golden syrup, some butter, and a little cinnamon.
